By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended solely for users located in the United States.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, display, and transmit such content solely for purposes of operating the Service.

If you purchase access to paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed through third-party providers. We are not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third parties.
The Service provides mapping and GIS-related tools. It does not constitute legal, surveying, engineering, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF DEFECTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLSSMAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PLSSMap from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Mexico.
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, without liability.
